Planning a bigger order?
Ordering six or more? The preorder sheet opens closer to the sale, and subscribers get it first. Smaller orders are always welcome right at the sale — no preorder needed.
Watch for the sheet
We’ll send the preorder sheet to subscribers once scents, hours, and pickup details are locked in.
We pour & prep
We hand-pour your candles, set the wooden wicks, let them cure, and add Mazie’s labels — all set aside with your name on them.
Pick up Sunday
Collect your preorder on Sunday, November 8 and choose where your donation goes. Payment options are confirmed with the sale details.
Ready to reserve your batch?
The sheet opens closer to the sale and goes out to Candle Fundraiser subscribers first. Six-candle minimum, picked up Sunday.
How to pay
Send your donation.
Each candle is a $25 donation. Venmo is the most popular way people give, and final payment details are shared with sale information.
The easiest option for most people. Send ahead of pickup or scan our code at the sale, and add a note with the causes you’d like to support.
The classic. Bring it to the sale and we’ll take it from there — exact change appreciated but never required.
